Our Services

We provide non-structural handyman maintenance and cosmetic repair services for residents of HOA (Homeowners Association) communities.

Cosmetic Home Repairs

Drywall surface patches, cosmetic ceiling patches, interior door adjustments, screens, accessible hardware, caulking, and general non-structural home maintenance.

Scheduled Handyman Upkeep

Customer-supplied filter changes, detector tests, and visual condition checks. These visits do not include trade inspections, diagnosis, or regulated repairs.

Licensed-Trade Referrals

We do not perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, roofing, structural, or other licensed-trade work. Those requests are declined or referred to appropriately licensed professionals.

Assembly and Hardware

Furniture assembly, non-structural shelving, curtain rods, blinds, cabinet hardware, trim touch-ups, and interior door hardware or adjustments.

Painting and Finishes

Interior painting, surface preparation, localized texture touch-ups, wallpaper removal, and cosmetic finishes.

Installations and Assembly

Furniture assembly, freestanding accessories, blinds, curtains, shelving, and other non-electrical, non-plumbing installations.

Cosmetic Bathroom Updates

Painting, surface caulking, grout touch-ups, mirrors, shelving, and cabinet hardware. We do not perform bathroom remodeling, connected fixture work, waterproofing, or structural changes.

Tile and Grout Touch-Ups

Localized cosmetic tile replacement, grout touch-ups, caulking, and small dry-area backsplashes where the substrate is sound. No shower waterproofing or wet-area construction.

Surface Flooring and Drywall

Eligible non-structural laminate or vinyl surface work, drywall patching, hole repair, and texture matching. Structural subfloor and specialized hardwood work is referred out.

Monthly Scheduled Maintenance*

For a limited time only — $89.99/month

Routine Equipment Upkeep

  • Change HVAC air filters (customer must have air filter on site)
  • Note visible exterior concerns without opening, diagnosing, cleaning, or servicing equipment
  • HVAC inspection, drain-line cleaning, or mechanical service is not included

Safety Checks

  • Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, we will press the test button and confirm they beep properly
  • Inspect fire extinguishers, we will make sure the pressure gauge is in the green zone

Visible Moisture Checks

  • Look for leaks under sinks and around toilets
  • Check water heater area for drips or rust
  • Inspect visible pipes for condensation or corrosion
  • Note visible moisture; no plumbing diagnosis or repair is performed

Interior Upkeep

  • Inspect walls and ceilings for stains or cracks
  • Check caulking in bathrooms and kitchen

Exterior Walk-Around

  • Note visible roof concerns from ground level only; no roofing inspection or work
  • Check gutters and downspouts are not clogged
  • Inspect foundation for new cracks

Visible Safety Concerns

  • Note visible exposed wiring, damage, or scorch marks without touching or opening devices; contact a licensed electrician
